Frequently Asked Questions

Registrations opened on Sept 1 and close on Friday night at midnight. Registrations are $60 (plus a $2 processing fee) until Thursday, October 30, when LATE registration fee is charged ($10) in addition to the regular fee of $60 + $2. Late Fee plus processing fee is $72.

Weigh-In Reports are emailed to teams prior to the end of the event, usually by noon the day of the tournament. They will also be available on this Website until the end of the season.

Skin Checks begin at 6:45 AM; Weigh-ins begin at 7:00 AM on multiple mats and should be done by 7:15 AM. Once Weigh-ins end, there will be NO opportunity to weigh-in late, so be sure to be on-time for skin checks at 6:45.

Tournament starts ON-TIME at 9:01 AM and continues with no breaks until conclusion. We expect to be finished around 5:00 PM.

As of October 29, the 2025  Southeast Open WILL NOT OFFER A WEIGHT ALLOWANCE AT WEIGH-INS!!

The school suggested that fans with RVs contact the Civic Center as they do have RV hook ups for power and water in one of the front parking lots, assuming they will need power.  They would need to contact the civic center to reserve a spot.  The number is 540-375-2310.
